I have spent my life with a passion for learning, growing, and chasing a spark I knew would eventually be the glowing fire I have built to gather people around where they can find warmth, comfort, community, guidance, healing, and light. 

You can find me most days spending time with “Mr. Big Hunk,” the love of my life, or supporting my kiddos in all of their activities. Say “Hi” if you see me on the bike trail, as it is one of my favorite places to be, or come and spin with me in a class! (I promise to work you just hard enough!) You can catch me at the beach chasing the sunshine and the sunsets or simply listening to the waves. Music is part of my soul, and I feel every note. This love of music gave me the opportunity to earn a Music Therapy certificate, and to share the medicine of music with others through Breathwork, and being a Death Doula. Learning anything and everything is my passion, and I hope to bring you along with me as I continue to grow and learn!

Throughout my professional and personal life, I have lived a life full of trials, trauma, happiness, and everything in between. Throughout this journey, I have learned firsthand how to process emotions, the skills needed to help people become who they desire to be, and the tools to improve lives, including my own! A number of years ago my life changed completely when my daughter passed away. This led to mental and physical health problems. After years of searching for peace and healing, Breathwork was the answer that put me on a path of inner peace and better health. I now use the gift of Breathwork to empower others to live to their fullest potentional, and to help others transition from this life with dignity and grace and love.
